KeenMind contains a clinically proven extract of Bacopa monnieri referred to as CDRI 08. Bacopa monnieri is an Ayurvedic herb that has been used in India for more than 3,000 years.

Bacopa monnieri (synonyms: B. monniera, Herpestis monniera, Moniera cureifolia, Lysimachia monnieria, Gratiola monnieria, Bramia monnieri, and Bramia indica) is commonly called Brahmi in Ayurvedic medicine.

How do I use KeenMind?

The recommended dose for adults is 2 capsules of KeenMind daily with breakfast. Adults with a sensitive stomach may prefer to take 1 capsule with breakfast, and 1 capsule with lunch.

The recommended dose for children over 7 years of age is 1 capsule of KeenMind daily with breakfast, or as advised by a healthcare professional.

KeenMind capsules should be swallowed whole and not broken or chewed.

When do I take KeenMind?

It is recommended that you take KeenMind with breakfast, at about the same time each day. 

Why should I take KeenMind with breakfast?

Some people may experience mild gastric irritation after taking KeenMind because of naturally occurring compounds called saponins. For this reason, it is recommended that you take KeenMind with food to avoid this irritation. Taking it at the same time each day will also help you remember when to take it.

How long do I take KeenMind for?

Continue taking KeenMind daily to maintain benefits, or for as long as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Positive effects have been measured within hours, however daily use is recommended. Multiple KeenMind studies have demonstrated significant benefits after 1 to 3 months of daily use.

What do I do if I forget to take a dose?

If it is close to your next dose, skip the dose you missed and take your next dose when you are meant to. Otherwise, take it as soon as you remember, and then go back to taking KeenMind as you would normally. Do not take a double dose to make up for the dose that you missed.

How should I store KeenMind?

Keep your capsules in the packet until it is time to take them. Keep the packet out of the reach of children, in a cool dry place.

Is KeenMind suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, the new KeenMind green capsules available in carton boxes are suitable for those wanting to avoid animal products.

The previous KeenMind white capsules available in bottles are not suitable for vegetarians.

Does KeenMind contain any allergens?

KeenMind contains no added gluten, wheat, soy, sugar, yeast, salt, artificial colours preservatives.
