FAQs

Medicines containing naturally sourced active ingredients like Silybum marianum can vary considerably depending on the species of plant chosen, the way it’s grown and harvested, and the extraction and production process. So it is essential to ensure the final product you get is the same as the one researched in clinical trials.

In Legalon, care is taken to use the same specific extract of Milk thistle, known as MZ 80,  made using a patented production process and researched in clinical studies to support healthy liver function.1-8

That’s why you can feel confident that Legalon can offer the same benefits and tolerability as demonstrated in the clinical studies.

There are no known reported interactions between Legalon and other medications. As always it is  recommended  that you talk to your healthcare professional if you have any questions about using Legalon.

We've recently introduced a fresh new look across our portfolio of evidence-based medicines. Previously represented by the Flordis brand, we've introduced SFI Health as our primary brand to represent our company and products worldwide. This enables us to leverage the wider expertise within our company, share more of what we do with regional markets, including product launches and scientific support and in this way better help you to experience better health outcomes.

While we are transitioning from Flordis to SFI Health, all our products remain the same high quality, clinically researched natural health products that you know and trust.
