1. The adult dose is 2 sachets (10g) taken in the evening. If required an additional 1 or 2 sachets can be taken in the morning. Children can take Agiofibe but this should be on medical advice.

2. Agiofibe granules should be swallowed unchewed with a glass of water (approx.250ml) or any preferred drink. You may like to take a sip of the drink to moisten the mouth before taking. It can be taken by mixing with any semi-liquid food, e.g. yoghurt. If symptoms persist consult your health care professional. Drink plenty of water.
