Each tablet contains 750mg of magnesium amino acid chelate (150mg elemental). The precise manufacturing process assures that chelation is fully complete. The resulting chelate
is readily soluble in the small intestinal fluid. This makes it highly bioavailable for absorption and distribution in the target tissues. The tablet includes taurine (400mg) to assist in effective absorption and utilisation.
